Potential Unlocked – Jesmond Public School

Hunter Multicultural Communities (HMC) is thrilled to partner with Jesmond Public School to help young, diverse students unlock their potential. Through the Potential Unlocked – Sponsor a Child program, HMC auspices donations that give local children access to extracurricular activities they might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience.

Activities range from sports and creative arts to community and leadership programs, and play an important role in building confidence, social connection, and a sense of belonging for children from multicultural and refugee backgrounds.

Each donation directly supports a student to participate in meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom. For every $300 raised, new opportunities are opened up for young people in our local area.

Sponsors receive regular updates from the student they support, creating a rewarding connection and a clear picture of the difference their generosity makes.

All donations are tax-deductible and managed by Hunter Multicultural Communities on behalf of Jesmond Public School.
