Our Multicultural Meal Service is now available to individuals and groups wanting fresh, nutritious, and hearty meals delivered to social groups or private homes.

HMC's popular three course meals are prepared fresh daily by qualified cooks who understand the appetites of our culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

•             Fresh three course meal delivery (with My Aged Care subsidy options)

•             Delivery Monday through Friday

•             Simple meal booking by phone or email

•             No lock in contracts

•             End of month billing

PRICING

Three course meal & delivery:

           Flat Rates (no subsidy) $25

Subsidised My Age Care rates for eligible recipients are:

          - Commonwealth Home Support Package: $17 co-payment

          - Home Care Package: $7.50 co-payment

 

MENU & DELIVERY

Our seasonal menu includes a range of entrée, main and dessert meals. Each day has a set menu, which rotates every four weeks. If you are interested to see what meals we offer, please see this season's menu below.

Meals are delivered fresh on weekdays across targeted Newcastle, East Maitland and Lake Macquarie areas. Please contact HMC to join the waitlist to receive announcements about new delivery areas.

 

 

FRQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do you have multiple options to order from per day?

A: We offer one set three course meal (entrée, main and dessert). However, if you wish to order a meal on a particular day, but do not like the set choice, we offer frozen meals from previous days.

 

Q: Can I order more than one meal per day?

A: Yes, of course! Some of our clients order two meals per day.

 

Q: How do I pay for my meals?

A: At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice (through the mail or through your email). You can pay this by coming into our office in Waratah, or you can call our office and pay over the phone. We do not keep records of your card details, so your details are safe, however you will have to call back at the end of every month.

 

Q: How do I cancel a meal?

A: To cancel or temporarily stop receiving meals, come into our office or call us on the phone, and speak to our Meal Coordinator who will be able to help you. You are free to cancel at any time, and will only be charged for a cancelled meal if you cancel within a week of when the meal would have been delivered.
