A Security and Counter terrorism based professional, specialising in programmes targeted at combating violent extremism, aimed especially at youth. Working with multinational clients within the Security Sector Jason has worked with transport, diplomatic and Close protection Industries. He managed and operated his own Private Security Company and ran an established $5m Business for over 10 years before relocating to Australia.

Working at the HMC Jason is now helping develop programmes, and help the Organisation grow and develop as a recognised leader in the Community Sector.
