Faith Eeson



Faith is a Safety Consultant and owner of FOCCALE Safety Management. Faith holds a Master Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (Honours), is Lead Auditor, a Return-to-Work Coordinators, holds a Diploma in management, with a dual Diploma in VET and Designing and Developing Online Learning Courses.

Faith has over 20 years’ experience working in Aged and Disability with a large organisation; where she gained knowledge and experience in the effectiveness of Integrated Management Systems in preventing injuries and reducing insurance premiums.

Faith’s experience extends to 10 years in business supporting small and medium business enterprises; both in the professional, white collar and blue-collar industries. She also provides service to large organisation assisting with safety project and has owned and managed various businesses.

Faith is a Speaker and Presenter to various business groups, on Work Health and Safety. She has presented as a volunteer for the HMC (ECC) to various Clubs and businesses on the subject of migration.

Faith was a Safety blogger and a columnist for the Newcastle Herald; a long-standing committee member on the Business development Forum (Hunter Business Chamber) and Women in Building Associated Services.

Faith migrated from Zimbabwe over 30 years ago, as independent with Oswald, her husband and their 3 children Clayton, Calvin and Lucinda.
