Annette is the current CEO of Hunter Multicultural Communities Inc. Following a successful and engaging career internationally, Annette joined the HMC in September 2017.  Annette is a Human Resource, people and industrial relations professional and established a successful career running her own consulting business specialising in Human Resources, Change Management, Employment Law and Mediation disciplines with high profile client’s including the British Royal Family (Duchy of Cornwall). She is experienced in Organisational Development and Employment Relations and has had over 17 years of senior management and director experience in an international context. Annette has held positions in both public and private sector organisations with annual turnovers of up to £1.1bn (over $2bn) and personal delegated budgets of over £2.8m (over $5.2m).

Annette’s industry experience includes: Government Administration, Educational Management, Security, Immigration Removal & Corrections, Trade Unions, Private Estates & the British Royal Family, Architecture, Construction & Hotels, Aviation, Manufacturing & Logistics .

Annette is an amiable individual who demonstrates a pragmatic approach and has a strong affiliation with the multicultural communities of the Newcastle, Hunter and Illawarra regions. She is results driven and capable of effectively and efficiently identifying creative solutions to challenging situations, balancing the needs of both the organisation and individual clients.
